FleetCarma FleetWise EV300 Project Report

January 2013. FleetCarma, a division of CrossChasm Technologies, partnered with TAF for FleetWise EV300 project to lay the groundwork for the adoption of electric vehicles (EV) for corporate vehicle fleets in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. By installing a data logger in conventional fleet vehicles, FleetCarma monitored driving patterns and performance. The data was used to establish a baseline for the comparison to EVs fulfilling the same fleet vehicle duties. The project included the testing of two plug-in hybrid EV models and three battery-powered EV models.
