As Manager of Finance for Low Carbon Buildings, Vincent supports the development and adoption of innovative financing solutions to help advance retrofits and new construction projects that accelerate building decarbonization. His work focuses on impact investing opportunities, policies, and programs that mobilize public and private capital toward climate goals.
Before joining TAF, Vincent worked for the municipal government on decarbonization financing, carbon accounting, and climate policy. He also brings international experience in sustainability-focused investment and deal-making across Asia, Europe, and North America.
Vincent holds a Bachelor of Economics and Finance from the University of Hong Kong and a Master of Climate Change from the University of Waterloo. Outside of work, he enjoys watching movies, playing and following basketball, and occasionally playing video games.
