As Project Management Lead with TAF’s Retrofit Accelerator, Olga supports the retrofit team by coordinating projects from planning through implementation. She helps keep projects on track by monitoring timelines, budgets, and day-to-day activities, and by collaborating with stakeholders and project partners.
Previously, Olga worked as a project coordinator and operations lead at an energy consulting company, focusing on residential energy efficiency projects. She also brings experience in brand management, marketing, and auditing from her previous roles.
Olga holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s in Business Administration. Outside of work, she enjoys rock climbing, travelling, catching a musical, and trying new activities.
