As Senior Manager, People & Operations, Jaime leads human resources, core operations, and procurement at TAF. Her work focuses on building clear, people‑centred practices and strong internal systems that help the organization function well so staff can focus on advancing climate action across the GTHA.
Jaime brings a background in nonprofit operations and has spent much of her career working behind the scenes to support teams and mission‑driven organizations. She especially enjoys helping build the team and supporting colleagues day-to-day, including keeping the office plants alive and well. Outside of work, Jaime enjoys cycling in the sunshine and spending time on creative projects.
