As a Retrofit Accelerator Analyst, Benedictus supports improvements in building energy performance, indoor environmental quality and emissions reductions in multi-family buildings. He previously worked in the commercial real estate space, supporting sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency projects.
Benedictus majored in Environmental Economics and Policy at the University of Guelph and completed a Master of Climate Change at the University of Waterloo. He enjoys playing drums, collecting CDs, watching movies and spending time outdoors.
