Comments on Ontario’s 2020 Budget Consultations

February 2020. Government of Ontario. The province’s Budget Consultations provided an opportunity to submit feedback on the 2020 Budget. We submitted recommendations on the timely implementation of the $400 million Emission Reduction Fund, which was a feature of the 2018 Made-in-Ontario Environment Plan. We provide suggestions that would ensure the Emission Reduction Fund maximizes value for money and emissions reductions.
