Recyclable Organic Feedstock Supply Assessment

November 2021. Government of Ontario. TAF commissioned Ecostrat to prepare a Recyclable Organic Feedstock Supply Analysis to provide investors and developers with an understanding of the current supply and demand dynamics for liquid and solid waste “feedstock” for renewable natural gas projects in Ontario. The study maps areas with the highest potential for anaerobic digester development, showing ample room in Southwestern Ontario. While the results show significant potential for investment, additional policy and market drivers are needed to consolidate the opportunity.
