The project aims to build support for clean electricity and secure a clear pathway to a cleaner grid serving the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA) by advocating for more ambitious distributed energy resources (DER) and demand side solutions (DSM) policies within Toronto City Council and Toronto Hydro, and by creating public pressure for Toronto Hydro to accelerate rooftop and balcony solar, behind-the-meter storage, and other DER/ DSM solutions.
