Integrated Sustainable Building and Development Standards

The City of Pickering will update and expand the Sustainable Development Guidelines to reduce carbon emissions associated with the construction of new buildings, and will engage municipal staff and development industry members to guide the creation of resources to support implementation of and compliance with the guidelines.
