Durham Region Green Development Incentive Program

The Regional Municipality of Durham will develop and implement an incentive program encouraging industry and consumers to adopt higher performance tiers of their municipal green development standards. The program will also educate consumers and development firms about the economic benefits of higher building standards adoption and how to access and offer the proposed incentive.
