Social Contracting Guide for Construction and Retrofits
TAF is seeking a consultant to help advance social contracting for construction and retrofit projects by developing an easy-to-use resource that supports building owners and project teams in integrating social contracting into their procurement and projects.

Engineering Feasibility Study Requirements
TAF is seeking engineering service providers to initiate and complete reviews of existing buildings and retrofits. This includes feasibility studies for retrofit projects targeting significant emissions reductions (40% reductions or higher) and other mechanical/electrical engineering services, completed to the minimum level of an ASHRAE Level II Energy Audit.
